Please give us full and correct details during ordering. It is our policy not to release any information about our customers to third party. You are obliged to to make payment within 48 hours after ordering. Otherwise, your order will automatically cancelled.

1)  Orders

All orders are handled by email, not by phone.

2)  Delivery

Delivery is only on Monday and Thursday by PosLaju. Please allow 2 to 3 days for your parcel to arrive. All goods or items sold are not refundable and exchangeable. We do not do cash on delivery (COD) at the moment.

3)  Payment Methods

We accept Maybank2u, CIMBclicks, or ATM/CDM Transfer. To avoid fraud, you are to email us proof of payment before we deliver your order. When you make online payment, please fill in the recipient email: cottontoyouwithlove@gmail.com or print screen your successful transaction page. If using ATM/CDM Transfer, please make a copy of your receipt using a camera and email it to us.
